The procedure for obtaining credit report from ACRA office
Every physical and juridical person (subject of credit information) can inquire his/her credit history from credit bureau by getting a paper copy of his/her credit report from ACRA office.
Required documents:
Individuals
- Application form
- Passport(or ID card if available) and its copy
- Social card and its copy (not mandatory)
In case of acting on behalf of Data Subject:
- Power of attorney from Indivisual verified by the notary
- Passport(or ID card if available) of authorized person and its copy
- In special cases other documents required by ACRA
Organizations
- Application form,
- certificate verifying registration of the Data Subject in the RA State Register (hardcopy and copy),
- passport of the general manager (hardcopy and copy),
In case of acting on behalf of Data Subject’s general manager:
- power of attorney from Data Subject’s general manager verified by the notary
- passport of authorized person and general manager`s passport copy
- Stamp (if available)
- In special cases other documents required by ACRA
Credit report is ordinarily provided instantly if all the necessary documents are in place. Sometimeshowever processing may last up to two working days. You can visit Office every day from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, except weekends and holidays.
