Every person (individuals and organizations) may apply for its own credit and score reports  from Haypost nearest postoffice. After fill in application form and making  a payment you will get your personal credit report within 3-5 working days to your pre-selected address.

The following documents are necessary to get a credit report.

For individuals (Data Subject)

• Application form
• Data Subject’s Passport and its copy
• Data Subject’s Social card and its copy (not mandatory)

In case of acting on behalf of Data Subject:

• Power of attorney from Data Subject verified by the notary
• Passport of authorized person and its copy
• In special cases other documents required by ACRA

For organizations (Data Subject)

• Application form,
• certificate verifying registration of the Data Subject in the RA State Register (hardcopy and copy),
• passport of the general manager (hardcopy and copy),

In case of acting on behalf of Data Subject’s general manager:

• power of attorney from Data Subject’s general manager verified by the notary
• passport of authorized person and general manager`s passport copy
• Stamp (if available)
• In special cases other documents required by ACRA
