ACRA Credit Bureau developed an online platform which allows already registered individuals to track their credit history online 24/7.

Taking into account the increasing interest of the society in credit bureau services, ACRA Credit Bureau developed new instrument that allows implementing a self-enquiry of individuals – i.e. getting on-line credit reports.

You can.

• get you personal credit report anytime and anywehere and save your time
• activate Monitoring
• activate SMS report service
• see enquiries about you that are stored as a history

You can register with the following two options:

1. Online – from acra.am
2. From ACRA Credit Bureau office (Yerevan, Movses Khorenatsի St., 15 Building, 9th Floor (in “Elite Plaza” business center building))

Option 1

1. Register to ACRA.AM
2. Activate your profile by link you’ve got to your e-mail
3. Verify your profile by visiting ACRA office one time (representing relevant documents)

After this steps you can enter to your profile and get you credit report.

Option 2

For registring from ACRA office you can visit us every day from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, except weekends and holidays (lunch time: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm). You will get your User Name and Password for your profile. Further steps is the same as on Option 1.
