How to get your FICO Score.

  1. Register in self.acra.am website
  2. Fill in the required information and confirm the terms and conditions agreement
  3. Activate your profile by the link sent to your e-mail
  4. Take a picture or a scan of your passport 2nd and 3rd pages and the social card (or ID card on both sides) and send it to our Customer service center phone number via “Viber” application (+374 95) 522 467
  5. Once the actions above are completed, we will identify your user account by a video call and recording through “Viber” application
  6. After authentication, you can view your FICO Score through your user account․

We are pleased to announce that as of April 11, 2024 ACRA Credit Reporting CJSC is initiating the provision of FICO Score to our customers through their personal accounts on self.acra.am. This service enables customers to monitor changes in their credit status and gain a deeper understanding of their creditwortiness. FICO Score is globally recognized scoring system, providing a comprehensive assessment of customer’s creditworthiness on an international scale.

THE VISIT OF THE DELEGATION OF THE CBU LED BY THE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN TO THE ACRA CREDIT BUREAU

The delegation of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and the representatives of commercial banks visited the ACRA Credit Bureau in the framework of the visit to the Central Bank of Armenia from September 24-27.
During the meeting the CEO of ACRA Credit Bureau Ashot Gabrielyan presented the general principles of collecting credit information, forming credit histories and providing credit reports. Issues concerning the specificity of the credit bureaus’ activities and the opportunity of experience and knowledge exchange between two countries in this field were discussed.
