For physical persons:

You can register for your “MY ACRA” personal account in one of two ways: by scanning an identity document and completing face verification, or by using imID. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

Registration Using an Identity Document and Face Verification

• Click the “Register” button.
• Enter your email address and accept the terms and conditions.
• Enter the one-time code sent to your email address.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your identity document and complete face verification.
• After your registration request has been reviewed, you will receive an email stating whether your identity verification was approved or rejected.
• If approved, follow the link in the email, create a password, and sign in to your “MY ACRA” personal account.
• If rejected, you can try registering again or contact the ACRA support team.

Note: To complete verification, please use a valid identity document and ensure your device camera is enabled.

Registration via imID

This option is available to users who already have imID activated on their mobile phone number.

• Click the “Register via imID” button.
• Enter the mobile phone number linked to your imID and your email address.
• When prompted, a numeric keypad will appear on your phone screen (be attentive). Enter the PIN code you set for imID to confirm your identity.
• To verify your email address, a one-time code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the appropriate field.
• Once the verification is complete, open the link provided in the email and create a password.

To access your “MY ACRA” personal account in the future, simply select the “Sign in via imID” option or use your email address and password.

For corporate customers (Data subject)

1. Click on the “For population/ Commercial credit report” field in acra.am website
2. Download the credit report application form
3. Fill in all the fields in the application, sign it and put a stamp (if available)
4. Send the documents mentioned below to help@acra.am email address:

• • A scanned version of the completed application
  • A scanned version of the certificate of registration of the state register with all tabs, or an extract from the unified state register
  • A scanned version of the passport or ID card of the head of the data subject’s executive body
  • In case of acting on behalf of data subject’s executive body: a scanned version of the power of attorney issued by the head of the data subject’s executive body and the scanned versions of the authorized person’s and executive’s passports

5. Provide a mobile phone number with Viber app capability
6. Once the actions above are completed, we will do the identification by a video call through “Viber” application and recording, so you can get your credit report on your email address.
